National Science Week's fast approaching (16-24 August 2014) and with it is the opportunity to bring science into your workplace, home or other community setting with a Brain Break morning tea.

How do you host a Brain Break morning tea?

It's as simple as clicking here to register online for a free National Science Week Brain Break kit which will be sent out towards the end of July 2014 and includes quiz questions, activity suggestions, coasters and promotional items.

Although National Science Week is 16-24 August 2014, a Brain Break morning tea can be registered between 7-31 August 2014. Not only that, there are options to hold a Brain Break from as early as 7.00am to as late as 10.30pm (no room for excuses).

So take the perfect opportunity to balance the enjoyable benefits of chocolate (rich in flavanols – check out Recipe Yum's 'Easy 2 ingredients Gâteau au Chocolat recipe), supplemented with a green smoothie (Recipe Yum has many smoothie recipes - there's a brilliant Enzyme Rich Spinach Drink recipe) and let your brain reap the rewards.
