Carpenters nail it harder! Who knew? With National Carpenters day in July, you too have the chance to find out.
Why not celebrate the skills, the apprentices and the chippies as well as the learn about the contribution to the building industry and environment.

If you are interested in carpentry or are a carpenter here is your chance to join in the festivities at Federation Square in Melbourne . Meet Hayley 'Swanny' Swanson, Holden's VE Ute driver and see the IRWIN V8 supercar! There are free giveaways such as structural kits and other samples, as well as a free breaky or BBQ and on the spot prizes and competitions.

More than 10,000 people in the industry attended the celebrations last year. As a carpenter, there is still time to host a BBQ. Hosts will be provided with giveaways including, tools and accessories, carpenter pencils, caps, singlets, BBQ aprons, stubbie holders, and to help market your BBQ to your customers or students - posters, counter booklets and competition entry forms.

National Carpenters Day is July 20th. What a fun way to meet up with a few mates on a Friday with the free BBQ, and so many opportunities to come home with so much more.
