Raise funds for cancer research by going pink in Sydney
Statistics from the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare and Cancer Australia show that 1 in 8 women and 1 in 700 men are diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime and 8 people die from the disease each day across the country. To address this challenge, the National Breast Cancer Foundation is organising a campaign this June to raise awareness and much-needed funds.
Real Men Wear Pink invites men (and women) in Sydney to help raise as much money as possible for breast cancer research. The Foundation believes research is a practical way to end deaths from the disease. To support this effort, simply visit the website. Registration is free and you also receive a free fundraising pack loaded with tips and tools to help you fundraise in the Pink.
