National Botanic Gardens Day and Reconciliation Day – Wiradjuri Storytelling


Families are invited to attend the FREE National Botanic Gardens Day and Reconciliation Day – Wiradjuri Storytelling event at Australian National Botanic Gardens on Sunday 26 May.Join Aboriginal storyteller Larry Brandy in the Gardens as he shares his Wiradjuri culture with people of all ages through performance and storytelling. Children will become kangaroos, emus and hunters as they learn how Aboriginal people hunted and found food in traditional times.All are welcome to take part in this interactive event - choose from two sessions: 10.30-11.30 am and 1.30-2.30 pm.
