Some of the classes focus on anxiety and depression and regulates and addresses the nervous system in a small group process to gently widen our window of tolerance through movement and dance.
Whether you get grounded, get flowing, get emBodied; run with wolves in the medicine dance, the magic circle and set intentions; or work through your rhythmic recipe and move in ways you never before thought possible, there's many classes to choose from. All offered on Zoom, you need to book at least 15 mins before class time - and you will be emailed a link to the meeting 14 mins before class.
