Ready to try the best bubble tea in Melbourne? Narocha Premium Tea Room is serving up deliciousness every day, and you will want to get your hands on their tasty treats ASAP. With teas, boba, misu and more galore, there's something for everyone at this prestigious, yummy, and beautiful bubble tea cafe.
As soon as you walk through the door, you will be greeted by the décor and style of the pink walls and greenery surrounding the café. It's as cute as it is cosy with Instagram-able style walls and comfy yet stylish suede seating. But it's the abundance of choice that catches my eye as I walk in, watching the wonderful staff already at work with orders, making them in front of us. Getting to chat to staff and knowing what they're creating and what's going into the drinks and desserts is great for a newbie tea drinker like me, who is just completely enthralled in it all.
My sister, an experienced bubble tea drinker, asks for a recommendation and is completely impressed (as am I) with her Dirty Matcha Latte. Not only is it one of the cutest drinks I've ever seen but it also tastes amazing, and we were talked through the ingredients, understanding the importance Narocha put on using fresh A2 milk, instead of powders that other boba and bubble tea shops can use. Keeping the drinks freshly made on-site to order, really is apparent in every sip.
For those wanting a break from traditional bubble tea or you'd like to try something new, why not indulge with one of Narocha's premium tea-ramisu range of soft serve tea. Their tea-ramisu range (puns intended) is a mixture of delicious toppings and Thai or Rose Black Milk Tea Misu, with a range of new, exciting flavours to choose from. My daughter had the Watermelon Misu, with balled watermelon atop Rose Black Tea flavoured Misu, with rose petals and rice bubbles to boot. I felt like this was a super child-friendly option and the presentation of the drink was almost princess-esque.
I decided to indulge in a Brownie Misu, with crushed Oreo, Milo and sponge cake adorning the Thai Tea flavoured Misu. Highly recommend to sweet tooths with a choc-punch to balance out the tea. I also would recommend it to people who are getting accustomed to tea or haven't tried it before. It's a softer taste and is super delicious.
Their tea-ramisu range currently includes Watermelon Misu, Rose-Lychee Misu, Mango Misu, Thai Misu, Golden Gaytime Misu, and Brownie Misu.

If, somehow, none of these fancy your taste buds, they have a whole other range of options such as teas and coffees that don't include boba or makiato. The choices are truly endless, and you can build your own flavours as desired.
The Narocha tea room we went to in the city was just a short stroll from Melbourne Central station, making it easy to get to and a central location. It's just across from Queen Vic Market too, so if you have the time and the market is on that day, I highly recommend getting a tea or misu (or both!) to go and enjoying a day out at the market.
