The magic of C.S. Lewis' The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe is retold through ballet on June 2 at the Festival Theatre. This promises to be a spectacular event which is sure to mesmerise any aspiring ballerinas in your family.

Spend an hour with Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter as they journey through the wardrobe into the perpetually snowy Narnia. All the favourite characters make appearances including Mr Tumnus and Mr and Mrs Beaver. Children will delight in the classic, good versus evil, fairy tale as the true king, Aslan, battles the evil White Witch.

The performance is suitable for children 4 years and up. The younger members will enjoy the music, incredible dancing and spectacular sets even if they are unfamiliar with the story of Narnia.

As this is a 'Something on Saturday' event, there is also the Foundation Kids Corner free craft activity in the theatre foyer between 12-3pm. Kids can create their own magical Narnia spy glass, telescope or binoculars
