If you enjoy abalone or looking to savour some, then try the steamed live abalone at Nam Loong Seafood Restaurant near the Chinatown precinct. I enjoy the Hong Kong Cantonese style of simple steaming with soy and garlic that doesn't compromise the original flavour of this shellfish.
