is a small BYO restaurant that also has a thriving take away business. It sits in amongst the local shopping strip on Thames Promenade in Chelsea Heights, almost across the road from Chelsea Heights Primary School. It is frequented mainly by locals who know it well and speak about it highly and with good reason.

The inside of the restaurant has been tastefully decorated.
We got there around 6pm so luckily for us there weren't many people there, although there were lots of people coming in to pick up take away.

They have quite an extensive menu but in the end we chose the Queens Banquet for two, which consisted of two entrees, three main courses and rice followed by a small bowl of ice cream, rounded off with a nice pot of tea.
They were happy to let us stay as long as we liked and chat, and staff were very amenable. When we couldn't decide if we wanted more tea the waitress decided to fill our pot anyway. All up we spent $30.00 a head, which included the $2.00 for corkage. The banquet was was too much for us both to eat so we asked if we could take it away, and they brought out separate containers for each of the dishes so we could fill the containers ourselves, which of course I did much to the chagrin of my dinning partner, but my mother had been brought up in the depression so I wasn't going to let good food go to waste!

Comments on the menu - Food was given a degree of spice rating so you could be sure that you were getting something that you could eat. The menu was also quite extensive, I did have a look at the pamphlet of the take-away before I left but it wasn't as extensive as the in-house menu.
Booking - we booked but the restaurant was quite empty but perhaps business isn't so busy on a rainy Friday night in the suburbs. Although once we move into summer I think that booking might be wise as the dining area is quite small
Getting there - car is the only real option
Parking - plenty of free parking on Thames Promenade
Disabled Access friendly - yes
Kid friendly - Yes
