However, with Australia observing strict self-isolation laws due to the COVID19 pandemic, this innovative museum is bringing their activities into people's homes through their Facebook page.

The nail polish swirl Easter eggs school holiday activity is easy to follow and only requires items that are already found in most households.

These include:

A few different colors of cheap nail polish
A plastic container
Gloves
Newspaper to cover your working surface
Room temperature water
A skewer to swirl the nail polish
Hard-boiled eggs
Nail polish remover (just in case any gets spilled)
