NAIDOC in the North will be presented by the Belconnen Arts Centre and held at Kingsford Smith School, on Saturday, 14th July. This event is to celebrate NAIDOC Week around the country. This year the celebrations will particularly recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women - mothers, elders, grandmothers, aunties, sisters, daughters, colleagues and friends.

There will be food stalls, live music, dance performances, drop-in crafts, face painting for the kids and much more. There will also be an Open Photography Competition for local entries. The event will be held between 11am - 3pm at Kingsford Smith School. See the Belconnen Arts Centre website for details.
