Nagambie is a town in regional Victoria approximately 90 minutes drive from Melbourne.

The town is located not to far from Seymour; once you reach this point you should look out for the turn off for the M39 highway which is off the Hume Highway.

Nagambie offers a reachable day trip destination from Melbourne where you can explore the market and the surrounding Lake, visit some wineries and have a day away from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne.

The , is as the name suggests, a community market which features a make, bake, grow and sew theme of products from Nagambie and the surrounding region.

Regular market stalls include an assortment of food stalls incorporating fresh fruit and vegetables, jams, honeys, preserves and sauces, cakes, pies, and sweets, all either locally based or from the broader region.

There is also an assortment of other hand made stalls offering jewellery, furniture, soaps, candles, leather goods, hats, socks, plants and much more.

The market is located on the southern bank of Lake Nagambie and near Jacobsen's Outlook which is near High Street and runs through to Blaney Reserve.

The market is held on the1st Saturday of each month with some additional dates to coincide with other tourist events in the town.
The calendar of market dates for 2015 can be found here .
