Your sweet tooth won't be disappointed
Imagine a dark room, lots of smoke generated from the nitrogen, a dozen KitchenAids, crazy flavours and magically, all of a sudden, your gelato appears.

I've stumbled upon an amazing dessert place hidden along Dixon Lane Chinatown. It's as though you've stumbled across a science experiment as you see beakers filled with flavours and a blackboard covered with flavour combinations; making it rather difficult to choose just one so you have to try two different ones at least

N2, gelato,
N2 Nitrogen Gelato

Once you've selected your flavour, they pour the flavour mix together with the magical liquid nitrogen and with the KitchenAid whizzing away, your gelato is created on the spot for you.

With different flavour combos each week, its the best place to stop off and fulfil your sweet craving. Come and try it for yourselves.

great business model - the cloud of white (condensation?) flowing over the bench attracts attention, the white coat scientist appearance intrigues, and the different-every-time taste menu keeps me coming back every time I had visitors from out of town
