Ever thought about taking part in a marathon but not too sure if you were really up to it? Well, here's your chance with Heart Foundation's MyMarathon. This different kind of a marathon enables you to complete 42.2 kilometres in a challenging way throughout the month of October 2017. You will have the whole month, yes, that's 31 days, to conquer those kilometres all at your own pace and place.
You can either run it, jog it or even walk it - the choice is yours. Just clock up the kilometres as you go over the days whether at the park, in the gym or on the streets. You can do it either by yourself or with a team of friends.
As you do, you will be raising money for heart research. Each donation received helps fight against heart disease, guide health professionals, educate the public to make healthy choices, and support those living with heart conditions.
