My Little Caravan Birthday Parties

What a gorgeous way to celebrate: a pinch of vintage, a handful of crafting, a little caravan, a lot of fun. My daughter had her seventh birthday party at My Little Caravan, a 1960s vintage caravan named "Mabel".
My Little Caravan is a creative space for children and teens (and even grown-ups!), hosting vintage style craft workshops, school holiday workshops, and birthday parties. Parties are run by a qualified primary school teacher, and are suitable for primary school aged children and up.
We arrived to a gorgeous little welcome sign, and vintage games set up outside by the caravan for the kids to play while the guests arrived. Skipping, hopscotch, hula hoops and a collection of "photo booth" props kept the kids giggling and playing until it was time to settle into the caravan. That is, if we could keep the mums out of there!
Christina, the owner and host, is brilliant with the kids, and the mums enjoyed some tea and some shopping inside the "Our Little Caravan" Collective shop that is the store-front consignment-style portion of the business, hosting over 40 crafters at the time of publication.
The party guests had a brilliant time in the cosy confines of the caravan, picking out washi tape for a special gift bag, and selecting decorative paper and pendants for their necklaces or bag tags.
Later, after cake and special caravan-shaped biscuits and fruit cups, the guests got to have a little shopping time! There are a surprising number of items available in the five-dollar range, so I elected to give "shopping money" in lieu of lolly bags. The idea was a big hit!
If you're looking for a unique party for your school-aged to teen child, or even for yourself and a group of girlfriends, be sure to consider
My Little Caravan , and book with Christina soon; space is limited and advanced booking is required.
