Join An Exercise And Food Fitness Journey For Free
Do you really want to get fit? However, you need to get pointed in the right direction? I have a solution that I recently took on myself!

Since 2015, I have been a team leader on Sparkpeople.com, a popular fitness and nutrition website. On August 17th of this year, such website is closing down.

I was devastated and needed to find something new and quick.

That is when I found MyFitnessPal.com. A very similar website, but a fresh start.

The perks of this website?

Less stress

You do not have the stress of maintaining teams every day.

Join forums if you like out of a huge assortment.

They are kind of like teams. You can choose to belong or even create your own.

Recipes

Self-explanatory!

Mail

Keep in touch with the mail option.

Newsfeeds

People can see if you comment, like, complete each other's food diary, etc.

Food tracking

Track whether you went over your calorie limit or not.

Exercise tracking

Track minutes of activity and what type of activities.

Personally, it took me a while to learn how to maneuver the website, but now I am almost a pro!

I find that I am less stressed, don't have too many friends to keep up with, created only one group, and mail every so often. I track food and exercise as much as possible.
