Since 2015, I have been a team leader on Sparkpeople.com, a popular fitness and nutrition website. On August 17th of this year, such website is closing down.
I was devastated and needed to find something new and quick.
That is when I found
MyFitnessPal.com. A very similar website, but a fresh start.
The perks of this website?
You do not have the stress of maintaining teams every day.

They are kind of like teams. You can choose to belong or even create your own.
Self-explanatory!
Keep in touch with the mail option.
People can see if you comment, like, complete each other's food diary, etc.
Track whether you went over your calorie limit or not.
Track minutes of activity and what type of activities.

Search for friends if you like, as having friends are part of your weight loss journey

Write with your own blog! How cool is that?
Personally, it took me a while to learn how to maneuver the website, but now I am almost a pro!
I find that I am less stressed, don't have too many friends to keep up with, created only one group, and mail every so often. I track food and exercise as much as possible.
