Here is an interesting challenge. What to do with 2 ladies in their late 80s on a Sunday. Both can't walk very far and have early dementia. Yet we have to give them some kind of outing and have run out of ideas. Gets very stressful for us

A round trip on the free connector bus takes about one hour and is most enjoyable. You get to see some of the side streets and Adelaide's magnificent old buildings.

Hi! Sounds like you're in a bit of a pickle - that is certainly a hard task. As the markets are possibly not suitable, I can suggest some options such as a bus tour of Adelaide (Adelaide City Highlights Tour runs a great one), which only involves walking to get onto the bus, and they then can experience the best of Adelaide without walking at all. You could also consider a Popeye cruise on the river toorens - very relaxing and elderly-friendly. There are many nice cafes around Adelaide that are interesting and have easy access, or if you have a bit more time, why not do a Monarto bus tour and see the African animals? The key is to find activities that include transport. Good luck, I admire you for taking on the challenge!
