The best of The Hills String Orchestra 19th Century music
On Saturday 10 May 2014 the Hahndorf Institute will come alive with the exquisite sound of The Hills Community String Orchestra Inc.
The night will be a 19th Century dance celebrating the 175th year of Hahndorf. The musical programme with bring the 19th century alive and there will be prizes for the best dressed in the 19th Century ballroom.
The concert to remember will start at 7.30pm, tickets costing $10 can be purchased at the door and guests are asked to bring a supper plate to enjoy throughout the night.
For those that do not know about The Hills Community String Orchestra, they formed in 2010 to enable local musicians of all ages and walks of life to join together to share their love of string music. A well established orchestra that will present the best of their 19th Century repertoire on this occasion.
