Bigger Than Ben Hur
Bigger Than Ben Hur: Make Your Own Movie Set: A hands on workshop helping children to set up their own scene and tell their story using a range of every day materials. This workshop is for children aged four and up. No need to book.
Thurs 8 and 15 Jan, 10am-1pm.
City Hall Heritage Tour and Clock Tower Tour:
This free guided tour gives tourists and local alike the chance to learn about the art, architecture and history of City Hall.
Did you know that at the time of its construction Brisbane City Hall was the second largest construction project in Australia's history, second only to the Sydney Harbour Bridge?
Tours run daily 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm. You can book online or call 3339 0845.
You can also stay on and look at one of the great exhibitions that Museum of Brisbane has such as Costumes from the Golden Age of Hollywood (until 24 May 2015), Introduction to Brisbane (permanent exhibition).
