Murray Bridge Farmers Market is known for farm fresh fruit and vegetables, olive oil, honey, coffee, lavender products, baked goods, breads, a place to enjoy brekky, plants, flowers, sweet treats, great crafts and more.

With an unbeatable location near Sturt Reserve - soft grass, breeze rustling the leaves of tall gumtrees, the River Murray ambling past - it is the best place to be for a peaceful start to the day.

The Davery Establishment will be providing a pop-up café for your morning cuppa. Their gourmet bacon and egg rolls will be hard to resist. I have visited The Davery Establishment more than once. They make excellent coffee and delicious pancakes and slices. Their café in Seventh Street is worth visiting for its delightful vintage décor alone. Also in Seventh Street is another of my favourite cafés, Sanctuary on Seventh and Cottage Box Chocolates, an essential itinerary stop of any visit to Murray Bridge.

Webb's Produce sell a great range of fresh fruit and vegetables. La Creperie Catering are another option for breakfast. They specialise in sweet and savoury crepes. I've heard they do a mean spiced oat apple crepe.

A range of craft stalls provide food for thought if you are shopping for gifts. Gotcha Paracord make items made out of paracord; including distinctive key rings, walking sticks, camera straps and water bottle covers. Amaya's Cards and Gifts stock beautiful cards and hair accessories, and Succulent Lane sell succulents in repurposed quirky containers.

This Saturday, November the 5th, Murray Bridge Farmers Market marks five years of service to the local community. To celebrate, there will be extra attractions. A local face painter will provide free face painting.

Murraylands KinderGym will be providing fun play equipment for children. There will be a bouncy castle for kids AND adults! Birthday cake is on the menu and a lovely busker named Sisilia will add to the serene ambience.

Murray Bridge Farmers' Market Chair Jen Whitehorn said, 'Many of our long-term supporters will know the Murray Bridge Farmers' Market is the best place to spend a Saturday morning enjoying coffee and a newspaper under the trees while the kids play safely on the lawns.'

'Our aim is to make our market a community friendly market whereby you can arrange to meet with your friends, share a breakfast at our long-table community tables, meet people within the community and encourage the growth of healthy eating at the same time, highlighting the smaller producers we have throughout the Region,' she continued.

Visit the Farmers Market facebook page for a 10% off voucher, which is valid for all of November.
