After a long-wait Muriel's Wedding The Musical will be staged at Her Majesty's Theatre from 12 March until 19 May 2019.
Muriel's Wedding The Musical is a theatrical version of PJ Hogan's iconic hit film, updated to today by the writer himself with music and lyrics by Kate Miller-Heidke and Keir Nuttall with additional songs by Benny Andersson, Björn Ulvaeus and Stig Anderson written for ABBA.
Natalie Abbott in her first professional stage production will be starring as the much-loved lead role of Muriel Heslop. Stefanie Jones is Muriel's best friend Rhonda. Christie Whelan Browne, Jaime Hadwen, Manon Gunderson-Briggs, Stephen Madsen, Kenneth Moraleda are returning to the cast after they performed in the original Sydney season.
Other cast members include David James, Pippa Grandison, Jacob Warner, Caleb Vines, Imogen Moore, Catty Hamilton, Laura Bunting, Maxwell Simon, Evan Lever, Chelsea Plumley, Jarrod Griffiths, Rachel Cole and Dave Eastgate.
