The Botanischer Garten München-Nymphenburg or Munich Botanical Garden located in the suburb of Nymphenburg attracts over 350,000 visitors each year with its diversity of some 16,000 plants from all over the world. As part of its 100 celebrations, the Botanical Garden is hosting a special exhibition on climate change.
Visitors can enjoy photos by Gary Braasch, award-winning American environmental photojournalist and writer who documents nature, environment, biodiversity and global warming around the world. The photo exhibition highlights the causes, consequences and possible solutions to climate change and is held in the Grüner Saal or house 7 of the glasshouse complex.
