Classes are mainly held indoors and if baby needs you during class, special exercises are assigned that can be done with or next to them. There is a focus on Pilates to regain abdominal strength combined with a mix of circuit and boxing to enhance the cardio factor. No two classes are the same, and everyone works that their own pace. Your trainer will test and measure to ensure results are being achieved.
