Don't forget Mum this Mother's Day!

Sunday 13th May is Mother's Day. So, Dads and Kids, how do you best show Mum that you really appreciate everything she does for you? The most meaningful gifts are usually those that are personal and involve effort versus something expensive. Here are some ideas for easy gifts that Mum will love but which won't break the bank.

Footprint card
Easy to do with babies and toddlers, try making a footprint or handprint card using non-toxic paint on coloured paper.

Get Arty
Get the children to paint or draw a picture, or make a collage. Scan this onto a computer and get it printed onto a mug through a photo printing site. Even paint splats by an infant can look fantastic.

Get Baking
Buy a packet of cupcake or cookie mix and give Mum a lie-in while Dad and the Kids have fun baking (just don't forget to wash up afterwards!)

Family Outing
What could be nicer than spending time together as a family? Pick up some croissants and juice and take Mum for a surprise family picnic breakfast.
How about a picnic?
