The is on Saturday 6 May 2023 at Zetland. This festival will celebrate how Australia is culturally diverse as well as promote inclusion and peace. You will learn about equality and equity for all cultures, no matter how diverse, small or large. Everyone is welcome, this is a free, family-oriented event.

There will be fun for everyone including live music and performances, food and drink, and fabulous entertainment for the kids.

This festival is brought to you by The Blue Peony Foundation and the NSW Government - Multicultural NSW.

The Blue Peony Foundation was established to support Ukrainians who have fled their country due to the war with Russia. This foundation started with four strangers who met on social media and decided to operate a donations centre. This project helps displaced people needing assistance after arriving in Australia from Ukraine.

The foundation has a mission to unite communities, help those in need and now this has been extended to all nationalities regardless of language, race, social status, or religion.

This multicultural festival will show you about how the foundation does its work and how you can help by becoming one of their volunteers. Ask the volunteers about this on the day.
