in Boondall is a versatile place. There is something for each member of the family including the 4 legged ones.

There are climbing structures for the kids including a fire pole, slides and some car themed spaces to stimulate their imaginations. There are also standard swings and a big round swing. This is perfect for one or more kids to lie on and be pushed up high. There are also a couple of things on springs, for want of a better description, and a liberty swing.

While the kids are playing on these mum and dad can be doing a workout at the training section of the park. This has numerous stations, all with instructions.

There is a full sized basketball court, a few shady pergolas popular for parties, and a BBQ. There are also toilets which is handy especially if you are hosting a party there.

For the furry family member there is a fenced dog park which has water and a table and seats for the human companions.

One of the nicest aspects of the park are the established trees which provide a great source of shade but can also attract magpies in the nesting months so keep an eye out for those.

I am often down in the park for my Count the Calories ladies only training sessions on a Saturday morning.

If you are looking for a park for a kids birthday or just somewhere to hang out with the family is a great choice.
