How True
As a regular yoga student, it's very exciting to welcome the birth of a new (and pretty spectacular) yoga studio, especially when it teaches true yoga based on a deep understanding of 'yoga', which means union.

Founder of Mudita Yoga Studio, Gina Funke, not only knows her yoga, she's also a sparkly, uplifting and intuitive woman who makes everyone, no matter how experienced or otherwise, feel very at home on the yoga mat.

Having practised extensively with her elsewhere, and having explored many yoga styles with different teachers over some 20 years, I can personally vouch for the authentic, healing and strengthening yoga Gina lovingly shares with others.

For anyone wishing to start yoga or add an exciting new dimension to their current practice, come along to Cheltenham this Saturday the 8th. You'll you'll not only have the opportunity to do a free class, you can also sign up for 30 days of yoga for $30. While it's an incredible bargain, it also gives you the opportunity to explore different classes and discover how beneficial yoga is to mind, body, soul and spirit. Trust me. I know.

You can also get a good feel for this beautiful yoga studio on facebook.

See you on the yoga mat.
