Mount Jellore Lookout is located in the Mount Gibraltar Reserve in the historical picturesque town of Bowral. On a clear day you are able to see the Nattai and Kanangra wilderness areas along with the Blue Mountains (Katoomba).

There are two self guided walking tracks, they both have breath taking views of farmlands, mountains, the Main Southern Railway, valleys and in the distance you are able to see Mt Jellore protruding above the plateau.

Which way to go?

This is a fantastic easy bushwalk which is suitable for children as well. However, the path to the main lookout is not suitable for wheel chair or stroller / pram access.

The Main Southern Railway

Mt Jellore Lookout is located in Bowral which is a little over an hour's drive from Sydney.

You can pick up a map from the Visitors Information Centre in Mittagong, but the tracks are easy if you miss the Visitors centre.
