As a self-employed Brisbane copywriter I spend my days writing websites, newsletters, blog posts and other material for clients. At night, I get to put my other hat on and write for Weekend Notes.

Smash 100 golf balls for $12.50; awesome stress reliev
Get outside and stretch your legs; take out your stresses on a golf ball or 100!
At Mt Gravatt Driving Range, there are plenty of options for stress release. You can smash a golf ball and watch it off into the distance to compete with your friends on how far you can hit it. Pay just $12.50 for a bucket of 100 balls! (Or, 60 balls for $9.00).
Plenty of room to swing a golf club!
The set-up is very relaxed. Simply go into the little building, pay your money and they'll hand over the bucket of balls and a couple of clubs. You can buy ice creams, lollies and cold drinks in there too. Then, simply head out to the driving range and pick a bay. Each one is separated by barriers and is a safe distance from the ones to either side of it.
Safe set-up for maximum enjoyment
The Mt Gravatt Driving Range is a great way to let off some steam on the weekend or if you're lucky enough to have a day off.
There's also a functions area where you can enjoy a picnic lunch, use the provided BBQ, hold a birthday party or a corporate golf day.
The Mt Gravatt Driving Range is located at 1644 Logan Road, Mt Gravatt. There is ample parking, loads of sunshine and the driving range itself is under cover so you can pretty much use it in any weather.
