An Honest to Goodness Local Community Market

Tired of "farmers" markets with barely a fruit or vegetable in sight and exorbitantly priced goods for sale?

Get back to the true community market ethos with the Mt Evelyn Mini Market, held on the second Friday of each month from 9.30am-1.30pm at the Mt Evelyn Station House.

Formerly the "Mt Evelyn Affordable Food Market", you'll find plenty of quality, local, low cost fruit and vegetables for sale, along with a few other great surprises depending on the market.

Inhale the beautiful aromas of Jen's Soaps (free sniffs!), grab some hardy plants for your garden, coffee for your pantry or pick up some tasty dukkah, spices and recipes for your next fresh veg creation.

The pre-packed fruit and veg boxes are always great value so pick up one or two and be surprised.

The first market for 2014 will be 14 February.

Your Comment
I went to this market last month, on your recommendation. To be honest I thought I must have got the wrong place??? It was terrible!! No fresh produce at all! there was 5 stalls, inside the local library...
I was terribly disappointed, I had driven an hour, and taken a friend. Luckily there were lots of roadside exciting produce stops for us to explore.
