Following its renovation, Prahran's Mt Erica Hotel is queuing up a host of delicious events celebrating great food and wine including the launch of a weekly food truck festival 'Off the Beaten Truck' popping up in the car park starting Sunday April 10.
Following its recent transformation, the Mt Erica Hotel is hosting a variety of events celebrating food and fine drinks.
A variety of food trucks including the ever-popular TOASTA truck (renowned for creating toasted sandwich masterpieces) and Von Crumb (schnitzel geniuses) will be parked in the Mt Erica car park surrounded with plenty of entertainment options for food lovers of all ages including local bands playing each week. The launch event on Sunday April 10 will feature 13 piece brass band, Big and Horny.
The event, which will start at 3pm will continue on late into the evening. With the whole venue dedicated to the event, drink scan be purchased inside from the bar there'll be plenty of food options for everyone. It'll certainly make for one enjoyable Sunday session as guests can enjoy the courtyard (pictured above) as well as the entertainment.
The food trucks and bands will rotate weekly, offering guests a slightly different vibe each time they visit. Visitors and locals alike will have the opportunity to enjoy the day as well as get a sneak peak inside the new-look hotel including a new menu with plenty of Spanish flair, new food offerings such as Austin's restaurant and Billie's Bar as well as Austin's Pantry & Wine Bar.
Entry is free and is open to all ages. The fiesta kicks off at 3pm.
