Who says living in Melbourne during the COVID-19 lockdown has to be boring?
The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (MSO) is putting on a Queen's Birthday holiday special online on 8 June at 2pm. This event is part of the Arts Centre Melbourne's effort to keep the organisation and its audience connected.
You can look forward to a six-hour interactive online music marathon that features both live and pre-filmed orchestral and ensemble performances.
There will be the classics by Beethoven, Vivaldi and Vaughan Williams as well as contemporary compositions inspired by both nature and the nature of humanity. The online event includes conversations with MSO musicians and special guests.
Make sure you don't miss this free top-notch programming courtesy of MSO.
