The MS Mud Run is on again, so get ready to slip, slide, crawl and splosh face first into the mud, all while raising much needed funds for the MS Society .

The MS Mud Run is a 4km/5.6km mud-filled race taking place at Urrbrae Agricultural High School on December 1st 2013. Competitors will navigate obstacles including a barrel filled mud pit, a slippery mud slide, cargo net crawl, a hay bale mountain and many more. Mud runners are encouraged to fundraise for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) in South Australia and Northern Territory.

The combination of mud, combat style obstacles, fun and laughter make for a perfectly unique and unforgettable day out. The MS Mud Run is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Anyone 8 years of age and over can enter the MS Mud Run. There are specific race categories for the Mini Mudders (aged 8-15), Families, Adults and Elite racers. You must be able to navigate a 4km course over uneven terrain whilst tackling the obstacles.

All race categories are 4km long, except for the Elite category which is 5.6km

Spectators are welcome, just pay a gold coin at the pedestrian entrance on Cross Road.

The Early Bird discount registrations finish on Friday 30th August 2013 at 11.59pm, so get in early and save some dollars. All entries close at 12noon on Friday 29th November. There will be no race day registrations.

The Bernie Lewis MS Mud Run will be held at Urrbrae Agricultural High School. Pedestrians must enter from Cross Road.
