The MS Mud Run is on again, so get ready to slip, slide, crawl and splosh face first into the mud, all while raising much needed funds for the MS Society.

The MS Mud Run is a 4km/5.6km mud-filled race taking place at Urrbrae Agricultural High School on December 1st 2013. Competitors will navigate obstacles including a barrel filled mud pit, a slippery mud slide, cargo net crawl, a hay bale mountain and many more. Mud runners are encouraged to fundraise for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) in South Australia and Northern Territory.

Some comments posted online after last years event were:

  • Too much fun to be held once a year. Great day, great way to whet the appetite for this type of racing.

  • Great time! Even first time and unfit obstacle folks could tackle this and have a muddy blast doing it! Good way to start off my obstacle course love

  • Best laugh I've had in ages! Every single face had a smile on it - well done to everyone

  • Definitely bought out the inner child .. Fun to get dirty .. Wanted it to keep going..great event and will be back again next year

The Mud Run was one of the best events I've been to and I can't wait to get there again this year. Check some video highlights on YouTube
