A colourful way to spend Australia Day this year is to take part in the first ever MS Colour Dash to be held in Canberra.
The MS Colour Dash is a not-for-profit event to raise funds for the 23,000 Aussies currently living with multiple sclerosis. This event can be enjoyed by a person of any age of any fitness level. To take in this event, it's best to register online here. You can take part as an individual, create or join a team.
Participants turn up wearing a white t-shirt and after passing through our colour stations along the 5km course you arrive at the finish in a very colourful shirt.
There will be colour stations placed throughout the route; volunteers splatter you with Rainbow Dust. A different colour is used at each station - Yellow, Blue, Green, Orange or Pink. The dust is made from 100% natural ingredients.
The route is wheelchair, pram and stroller friendly.
Let the fun, continue at the finish line by enjoying the live music, food and drink or play with the Rainbow Dust to see how much you can get onto your body.
