On the top end of Bourke Street is a wonderful little place called Mr Crackles. This amazing place specializes in pork crackling, like the crunchy bits of a Sunday roast pork, except this pork crackling doesn't hurt your teeth and still has an excellent amount of crunch. The taste is just the same or dare I say, a little better than the traditional roast pork crackling. At Mr Crackles, they offer cups of pork crackling like you would get a cup of hot chips but even more delicious.



If you would like more than just crackle, than there are a selection of rolls including the Crackles Classic (Crisped skinned slow roast 5 spiced pork belly served with Vietnamese salad) and the Pumpkin (Cinnamon and coriander spiced roast pumpkin served with caramelised onions, tahini and spinach). And for those not interested in the rolls, there are a number of meat and salad options available to have!



Although, it doesn't really matter what you pick, as all of the options are delicious, especially the pork ones!
