All hail the tasty lobster roll
Following their popularity at this year's recent Taste of Melbourne festival, the team behind the already popular Huxtable and Huxtaburger have announced the popup home (for now) for their newest addition, Mr Claws, a tasty little pop-up eatery specialising in the lobster roll.
Mr Claws pop up is located (for now) next to Huxtable in Collingwood.
Located next to the existing Huxtaburger at 104 Smith Street, the popup will also offer a range of drinks, such as beer, Pimms, and Gordons Elderflower Spritz.
Diners can choose from a tasty lobster roll filled with generous hunks of sustainable lobster and flavoured with one of three choices of sauce, Sriracha and mayo, buttermilk ranch or miso and wasabi, served on a soft roll for $12. Those keen for a little something extra can also get potato chips and pickles for an extra $3.
Served on a soft roll, diners can choose from three different sauces.
There will be some seating available for peckish patrons, which will be open from 12pm-3pm and 5pm-9pm, Monday through Friday, indefinitely.
