Yum, just yum.

Did you know mozzarella is quick and easy to make at home? Forget that plastic tasteless stuff you buy at the supermarket, learn how to make your own fresh tasty mozzarella at Mozzarella and Prosecco at Salts Meats Cheese, all while sipping on a glass of prosecco.

Your host Marly, founder of Omnom Cheese Making, is a cheese lover and enthusiast who will talk you through the theory and demonstrate the process of making your own mozzarella. Then it's time for you roll up your sleeves and try your hand at stretching curd into delicious balls of mozzarella to take home. You will soon discover that nothing compares to milky smooth, fresh mozzarella. Watch a class here.
