Outdoor movies nights are becoming increasingly popular and are a great way to spend a summer night outdoors with family and friends, rather than stuck to the couch with the air-con on. If you haven't been to one of these events yet, put this one in your calendar.
The 2015 season of Movies by the Boulevard at Sydney Olympic Park is set to commence on Saturday January 3 with an exciting program of recent popular blockbusters lined up for you. Check out the full program here.
With 12 sessions planned from 3 -18 January, there will be something for everyone with various genres to suit every taste. Apart from lots of family friendly ones, there will also be kids activities available on selected nights (5pm onwards), but please check the program for the movies marked with an asterisk for these. The final night of the program will showcase a collection of short films not seen in mainstream cinema in the Short Soup International Short Film Festival. Please note all movies will commence on the big screen at 8.30pm.
For the movie munchers, food and drinks will be available for purchase from 6pm on every session night or you can bring your own picnic to enjoy. There is loads of paid parking available onsite however, please visit the website for further information.
