On Saturday the 16th of March 2019, GMHBA Stadium will be hosting a free community movie night.
This is a great opportunity for people of all ages to enjoy a fun, free night out. The gates will open at 6pm, and there will be a range of dinosaur-themed activities and exhibits for everyone to enjoy, including interactive displays, animatronic dinosaurs, and children will be able to paint their own 3D Jurassic World dinosaur.
At 8pm there will be a screening of the popular 1993 film, Jurassic Park. The film runs for 127 minutes and is classified as PG (medium level violence).
The event is outside, so bring along some warm clothes, blankets, and something comfortable to sit on, such as a blanket or yoga mat.
People are welcome to bring their own picnic dinner to the event, however certain items such as alcohol, glass, cans and knives (including cheese knives) are not permitted to be brought into the venue.
A list of prohibited items is available here:

If you'd rather buy something to eat at the venue, there will be food trucks, plus a bar for those who wish to purchase alcohol.
Tickets aren't required and seating is unreserved, so it's best to try and arrive early to get a good spot.
Seating is directly on the oval, so make sure you bring something comfortable to sit on (eg. a picnic rug, bean bag, yoga mat etc). Please note that any items that may damage the surface of the ground, such as stools, camping chairs etc are prohibited.
GMHBA Stadium is located at 370 Moorabool Street, South Geelong, and is easily accessibly by car or public transport.
