The Ferny Creek Recreational Reserve Hall on Ferny Creek Reserve Road, Ferny Creek on Sat 18 March 2017 from 6pm to 10pm is the place where you'll be going to Do-si-do (a basic dance step in such dances as square dance, contra dance, polka etc), at the Mountain Bush Dance, so put your dance shoes on.

This FUN-raiser is hosted by Mount Dandenong Primary and Ferny Creek Primary Schools. The entire evening is being organised and staffed by hardworking parent volunteers who perform this labour of love so the funds can be put to good use towards the schools' respective fundraising programs.
Eat ya Greens
With an emphasis on fun, there's dancing and music for the whole family no matter your age. Just come along and enjoy a social, relaxed night with live band 'Eat ya Greens'. A fusion of Irish and Aussie musical influences, they've been playing for more than 20 years in the Australian Bush Band format. Classics and originals will get you dancing and if you're nervous about your moves, don't worry, the band also call the steps and guide you through the dances in a lively manner.
Though not included in the ticket price, there's inexpensive and fantastic food available on the night. Alongside the mountain's best hot beef rolls, chilli beans, baked spuds and pulled pork, you'll also find vegetarian choices.and yummy barbecue delights. Freshly crafted salads will be en-masse and lashings of deserts and the odd icy pole will make an appearance for kids and adults alike. There's no BYO, but a variety of excellent beers, wines & soft drinks will be on offer to purchase.
