It was a sunny winter morning when we went on a hike to Mount Majura Summit. The hill is located at a 30 minutes drive from Canberra CBD.

We parked at Hackett car park, from where it was a 1.5 hour return walk to the Mount Majura Summit (6.1 kilometres) on a muddy pathway with various steep slopes and intriguing topography.

We experienced great city views from various places along the path.

There were signs along the path directing us towards Mount Majura Summit.

It was an enjoyable climb.
