Back in 2021, the Mount Barker Carols will be held on Saturday the 4th of December at the Mount Barker Showgrounds. This fun-filled community event will delight both young and old with a special guest appearance by the adorable Humphrey B Bear.

Starting from 5pm, your kids will have the opportunity to get their faces painted and jump high on the bouncy castle. An emergency services truck display will also transport them to a world of courage and tenacity. And, when they feel a little peckish, there will be heaps of food and drink options to choose from.

At 7pm, a grand entrance by the Heathfield Renegades will kick off the carols program. This is now your chance to get into the festive mood. Talented local singers, backed by the Carols Big Band, will lead everyone in fantastic Christmas songs. The evening will then come to an end with spectacular Springlake fireworks lighting up the night sky.

Bookings are required to attend the event and free tickets can be obtained via their Eventbrite website. You will need to bring your own chair and be seated in your selected zone at all times. Face masks will also need to be worn when singing or moving around.
