As Christmas draws near, it is important to remember the fantastic local events going on that are fun for the whole family! The Annual Mount Barker Christmas Pageant kicks off on Saturday the 1st of December at 10:30 am and this is one you won't want to miss!

There are sure to be many wonderful performances, music and more!

The pageant will begin at the Adelaide Hills Recreation Centre Oval and wind its way through the streets, ending at Walker Street.

Following the pageant, an evening of Christmas Carols will then commence at Keith Stephenson Park from 5pm onwards. This is a lovely opportunity to pack a picnic, roll out a blanket and enjoy an evening of community Christmas spirit!

These events are a well-loved community tradition as the Mount Barker Christmas Festival Committee was formed back in 1982!

Special thanks is given to the carols committee volunteers, musicians, artists, sponsors, local businesses, churches, and the Mt Barker District Council!
