MOULD is a true celebration of artisan Australian cheese and it's back for 2020, first in -

Brisbane from 20 to 22 March (4.30-8.30pm Fri, Sat sold out & 11am-3pm Sun) at John Reid Pavilion, Brisbane Showgrounds, 600 Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills.
Sydney 22 & 23 May (4.30-8.30pm Fri & 11am-3pm Sat) at Carriageworks, Bay 25, 245 Wilson St, Sydney
Melbourne 3 & 4 Jul (4.30-8.30pm Fri & 11am-3pm & 4-8pm Sat) at Arts House Meat Market, 5 Blackwood St, North Melbourne.

The most important thing you need to know is that tickets are selling fast! Follow the given links to secure your spot. Brisbane is already SOLD OUT for Saturday and Melbourne has started selling their early bird tickets.

The message in this flurry of sold out and selling fast conversation is that you need to move it, especially if you're a cheese lover, or you're going to miss out. Who doesn't love the best of oozy, gooey warm melting cheese in their toasties or eaten otherwise! If the sold-out early bird tickets in Brisbane and Sydney are any indication, though it seems the Festival is at a distance, Melbourne needs to move it to get in with a bargain.

Stay updated via the Facebook page and check on each individual state's event pages or head to the given website links above. Instagram is also a great way to get instantaneous updates. See FAQs HERE. Get warmed up for 2020 by grazing through the 1st edition of the MOULD Magazine which was available at all the events last year.

We're obviously a nation of cheese lovers and the Festival is growing to accommodate our passion for cheese with more producers and more cheese. There's also a full food program featuring dishes from local chefs and wines, sake, beer and cider to wash down all that beautiful cheese for purchase. Come along and taste the best cheese from all over Australia in one place.

Taste your way through homegrown produce, talk with passionate cheesemongers, tell cheesy puns and take home some wheely gouda cheese. Expect loads of different styles of cheese, not to mention the best wines from the best wine merchants at this guaranteed sellout event, so make a brie-line to the door.

Your ticket includes all cheese tastings and wine glass to take home. Though the full cheese producer lineup and Masterclasses are yet to be announced, the important message here is clear. Get your tickets for a chance to be a part of this very cheesy event filled with tastings, conversations, demonstrations and plenty of drinks and keep your ear to the ground for updates via all the links given.
