Cheese is one of the most versatile foods in that it can be used in just about any sort of savoury or sweet meal and yet it is equally enjoyable, just eaten on its own or with fruit, crackers and various other accompaniments.
Hard or soft, blue or white, fresh or aged – many Australians love their cheese. Mould: A Cheese Festival is a celebration of that love and it will bring together the best artisan producers from all around Australia. It will be a great day of cheese, wine, masterclasses and more!
