All things cheese related event
Mould: A Cheese Festival conjures up a strange vision for me, but as I love all cheeses regardless of type, age, firmness and anything else, this is a festival for me, and I hope for many of you reading this article!

Cheese is one of the most versatile foods in that it can be used in just about any sort of savoury or sweet meal and yet it is equally enjoyable, just eaten on its own or with fruit, crackers and various other accompaniments.

Hard or soft, blue or white, fresh or aged – many Australians love their cheese. Mould: A Cheese Festival is a celebration of that love and it will bring together the best artisan producers from all around Australia. It will be a great day of cheese, wine, masterclasses and more!

Mould: A Cheese Festival is presented by REVEL, the team that brought cult wine event, Pinot Palooza, and in collaboration with Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheese Co.

Mould: A Cheese Festival will bring you Australia's best cheesemakers who will be there to showcase their products.

To make Mould: A Cheese Festival an even more appealing event, there will also be cooking demonstrations, exciting and informative masterclasses, and a bar where you can buy wine, whisky, beer, cider, sake and more.

Mould: A Cheese Festival will be held on 24th and 25th May 2019, from 11.00 am to 8.00 pm. The venue will be Carriageworks, 245 Wilson Street, Eveleigh.

At Mould: A Cheese Festival, there will be the best producers from around the country, including:

Bruny Island
Yarra Valley Dairy
Robe Dairy
Grandvewe

Section 28

Shaw River
Tolpuddle
Tongola
That's Amore
Boosey Creek Cheese
La Sirene
Pecora Dairy
And many more

You can see the list at this link, by scrolling to the bottom of the page. You can also check out the latest news on programs and events for Mould: A Cheese Festival at this link.

The vendors will also be giving bonus demonstrations, conversations and masterclasses.

FOOD
As well as the best Australian cheeses, there will also be the best Australian cheesemongers including Maker & Monger and Harper & Blohm. They will be serving a range of cheesy dishes, along with other vendors who will be selling products like bread, burgers and much other food to enjoy, and get you through the day.

DRINKS
Mould: A Cheese Festival would not be a REVEL event without a well-stocked bar! If you enjoy a drink, there is nothing nicer than to sip on one while you are eating those chunks of cheese, cheese fondue, or cheese and crackers. There will also be wines, whisky, beer and cider.

You can see prices and book for the event here, and tickets include a glass of wine (and a wine glass to keep), as well as all cheese tastings.

Make sure you book for this Mould: A Cheese Festival event as it will be a fun few days with some excellent food and tastings!
