MOULD is back, and this year, with more cheese by the best artisan producers from across the country, and more sessions. Plus there is a great range of hand picked wine, beer, cider, sake and nibbles for you to enjoy between cheese tastes and to take home.

yer mates to party with over 100 different Australian cheese on tasting but more drinks, eats and delicious treats than you can fill a cooler bag with. Just as well they give you a complimentary cooler bag on arrival and all cheese tastings with your ticket.
With over seven cheese producers, enjoy a special selection of festival-only varieties included called the
Grate Cheese Commission which has been created exclusively for the festival. Other dairy-driven additions and matched pairings on the day include olives, butter and small goods, as well as a myriad of cheese-focused dishes from a range of local cheesemongers and chefs. In between samples, grab a tipple from the Mould bar, featuring Hartshorn Sheep Whey vodka and gin, and plenty of wine to wash down each bite.
