Can you taste it? For all the cheese lovers out there who love their toasty cheese sandwiches filled with gooey camembert and perhaps a touch of relish in between; the crumbly cheddars, the bitey blues; well, all your cheesy dreams are about to come true in Melbourne from Fri 2 to Sun 4 Jun 2023 - Fri 5pm to 9pm, Sat 11am to 3pm, and 4pm to 8pm, and Sun 11am to 3pm AEST at The Timber Yard, 351 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne. MOULD is back, and this year, with more cheese by the best artisan producers from across the country, and more sessions. Plus there is a great range of hand picked wine, beer, cider, sake and nibbles for you to enjoy between cheese tastes and to take home.

With the event having sold out last year, get your tickets quickly to avoid disappointment. Stay in touch via social media to be in the know when updates happen and for the full producer line-up and masterclass times. Get ready for tastings, conversations and plenty of drinks. Choose your session times and get your tickets here! If you're a curd nerd, save $5 a ticket for groups of 10 or more, so grab yer mates to party with over 100 different Australian cheese on tasting but more drinks, eats and delicious treats than you can fill a cooler bag with. Just as well they give you a complimentary cooler bag on arrival and all cheese tastings with your ticket.

With over seven cheese producers, enjoy a special selection of festival-only varieties included called the Grate Cheese Commission which has been created exclusively for the festival. Other dairy-driven additions and matched pairings on the day include olives, butter and small goods, as well as a myriad of cheese-focused dishes from a range of local cheesemongers and chefs. In between samples, grab a tipple from the Mould bar, featuring Hartshorn Sheep Whey vodka and gin, and plenty of wine to wash down each bite. A selection of beer, cider, cocktails and sake will also be on offer. If you're an aficionado, you might benefit by joining the Mould Cheese Collective. Find out more here and subscribe to ensure you always have a variety of handmade Aussie cheese on hand for snacking and cooking throughout the month.

While you're waiting for the lineup to drop, you can check out the drinks list. From Pinot Noir, to the return of Hey Tomorrow's awesome wine in 2lt boxes, to beer, sake, lo and nø, gin, sheeps whey vodka, there are more options than you can point a glass at. Check out all the articles on the website and build your cheese knowledge. By the time you get to the festival, you'll be clued in on all things cheese. Cheesy though it may be, there's even a podcast so knock yourself out. Most importantly, get those tickets to attend.
