Mother's Day at QT Canberra

The Mother's Day Classic is an annual fun run and walk occurring around Australia that is raising funds and awareness for breast cancer research.

Meditate like a Mother*
In this class, participants will be gently guided through a 75 minute meditation class and mindfulness discussion. Participants are requested to bring a yoga mat if they have one (there are some extra mats), warm clothing, a cushion for extra comfort and some water if wanted.

Mother's Day Bottomless Brunch
