I was surprised that I had not done this walk before - it is one of the most stunning I have seen. My friend Denise introduced me to this wonderful walk. So on a sunny Saturday, we set off for our walk. We started at the Mosman Rowing Club, which has a great cafe set up for take away food and coffees. Also, on a cold day, you can warm up with a mulled wine. Something different you must admit.

Off we go on our scenic walk

If you just follow the signs, this is not a hard walk. You just need moderate fitness. If you stop and enjoy the scenery, as I encourage you to do, it will take about an hour.

With such diversity, this walk is one not to be missed. It has the wow factor. I think it is my favourite walk this year. Also, the exercise doesn't hurt either. I am sure I am fitter now than before COVID-19. I have found a form of exercise I love and will keep doing it when COVID-19 has long gone.

We have all been tested with COVID-19 over the last eighteen months. There have not been many outlets. So it's been a time of challenge. Many have found it hard. However, many have used resilience to overcome the situation. Another of my favourite things to do is read some good books. It's great to take on a favourite walk, then after, maybe drive to a scenic lookout and read for an hour or so sitting in your car.
