A great way to catch up with friends, take a special someone out for a quality time lunch (ahem...Mother's day is coming!), or just to celebrate a special occasion. Diners choose between 2 courses for $35 or 3 courses at $45, inclusive of a glass of wine. You can also add on a bottle of Moet for $69 or oysters for an additional treat.
With executive chef Matthew Butcher at the helm, who has worked alongside culinary kings like Gordon Ramsay and Shannon Bennett, the menu is truly remarkable.

To follow, mains offer something for everyone including a hearty mushroom risotto with truffle grains and pickled grapes to Otway crispy pork served with wilted kale, Cloudy Bay clams and Masterstock. There's also lighter options such the wild barramundi with broccoli couscous, chicken skin and Champagne foam.

For dessert there's two options which is great if your a sweet or savoury person. A triple cream cheese with honey or a house speciality, a nitro violet crumble, which is honeycomb frozen in liquid nitrogen and ladled out over violet ice cream - definitely a spectacle and most certainly a treat with its subtle bits of popping candy that create a bit of extra magic in your mouth.

The atmosphere is great, the service is spot on and the food is simply divine (and really well priced for the number of courses too!) The Champagne lunch as Morris Jones is on indefinitely from Friday to Sunday and is an ideal way to celebrate a special occasion or even treating mum for Mother's Day in May (I suggest booking in quick for that one!)
